Ellen is modelled after actress Rose Byrne
Ellen Marko is a character created by Dan J. Hawkins. She has appeared in Seven of Hawkins' Books. She first appeared in Psychodom! and went on to become a supporting character working for TANK. She went on to become a major player in the Mutant Epidemic when she was revealed to be the daughter of Marko, the "Mutant King" in Legion's End and also a traitor.
