Dead Man's Justice
Dead Man's Justice is a book written by Dan J. Hawkins. It is the sixteenth book in the Hawcross series and is set in a fictional reality. The book focuses on Rex Lincoln after the disbanding of the S.C.C. (Second Chance Criminals) Unit.  Rex is pulled back into service when an very old enemy of his returns to seek revenge.


Five years have passed since he helped save Hawcross from Vile and the S.C.C. disbanded, Rex Lincoln is now retired and haunted by the memories of his past.  But Rex's past has returned to haunt him when Forest Washington breaks free from the Underwater Prison Rex placed him in and has set his sights on revenge.  Once again valleying a cult of followers, Forest unleashes a string of Terrorist Attacks on Hawcross, each once closley linked with Rex's history.  Reuniting with the same Team that helped him defeat Forest before, the only way Rex can stop his Foe is to face the decisions of his past and right the wrongs he has made.
